This policy explains how DE Consulting SHPK ("De Consulting", "we") handles personal data sent to us through deconsulting.al.
Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, email address, type of enquiry, your message and, if you give it, a preferred time for a call.
- Cost Guide sign-up: your email address.
- Emails you send us and their content.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not send it through the form.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. This is in our legitimate interest and at your request.
- To send the Albania Construction Cost Guide to people who registered for it. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions or profiling.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- Zoho Mail (EU data centre) hosts our company email.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address.
Some of these providers may process data outside Albania. They are bound by their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep them as long as the law requires for business records.
- Cost Guide sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Email info@deconsulting.al and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
